Ever wanted to design a plan for staying well and feeling better when you're not feeling well? Then the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (W.R.A.P.) is for you! Developed by Mary Ellen Copeland and taught by certified Peer Support Staff, your W.R.A.P. may include friends and supports to contact, peer counseling, relaxation and stress reduction exercises, journaling, creative and fun activities, and whatever else you may need to stay feeling your best. The best part of W.R.A.P. is that your plan is yours to create. How you create your plan is entirely up to you!
