Dual Diagnosis Support Group


Are you struggling with abstaining from alcohol and other drugs and maintaining a sober life?

Feeling isolated and marginalized? 

Join our Dual Diagnosis Support Group and meet with others who are committed to the recovery process.  Develop a greater understanding of the mental health issues that are affecting your life and develop relapse prevention skills. 

2:30 to 3:30 every Monday at The Source.

Get to know each other on a different level.  Receive support from other consumers and learn to feel confident and care about what you've been through.  Realize how far you have come while walking your path of wellness.  We need you to tell your story!

Game Club


Heart and Soul is challenging all members in San Mateo County to join us in Chess, Backgammon, Cards and Checkers game tournaments!  This will take place every Monday at The Source.  Canteen will be open.  Bring your lunch and enjoy the day.

WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) Group 

WRAP is a self-management and recovery system developed by a group of people who had mental health difficulties and who were struggling to incorporate wellness tools and strategies into their lives.  WRAP is designed to decrease and prevent intrusive or troubling feelings and behaviors, to increase personal empowerment, improve quality of life and to assist people in achieving their own life goals and dreams. 

Develop your own WRAP plan and advance directives with our group.  Classes are open ended:  We meet for as long as the individual requires direction and support.
