WRAP TRAINING
Beginning January 25, there will be an eight week training in preparing a WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan). The class, free of charge, will be taught at South County Mental Health, 802 Brewster St, Redwood City. The class hours are 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and will be co-facilitated by South County Community Worker Lee Harrison and Heart and Soul Executive Assistant Tom Ambrose.
